Because we are a small, boutique firm, the Best Little Law Firm in Brooklyn keeps overhead costs to a minimum and emphasizes client service. Our interaction may be primarily telephone-based and we streamline many of our transactions via internet technology to reduce paper waste.
Real Estate
Real estate transactions are billed on a per-transaction basis. We charge $1,250-$1,500 for a typical residential purchase or sale in New York City. Residential purchases or sales in New Jersey are $850-$1,000. Bevin will discuss the specifics of the transaction and assess your needs during your initial consultation.
Entertainment
Entertainment transactions are billed hourly, though flat rate services are offered for specific contracts and review services. The attorney will discuss the specifics of your representation during your consultation. Hourly rates are generally $150 for entertainment representation, with reduced rates offered for non-profit clients and starving artists.
Self-Advocacy Coaching
